- Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (30-minute break)

- Rate of Pay: �27-�37 per hour

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our client's team as a Specialist Rheumatology Pharmacist in an NHS hospital and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with rheumatological conditions. In this role, you will:
- Perform comprehensive medication reviews for rheumatology patients
- Provide expert advice on complex medication regimens
- Ensure safe and effective use of immunosuppressants and biologics
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current and valid GPhC registration
- Experience working with rheumatology patients and specialist medications
- Strong clinical knowledge and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
- A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM, with flexibility where possible. The contract is for a minimum of 6 months, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
