The Role:
We are looking for two dedicated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Night Shift PTS Train Cleaners. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining high cleanliness standards across two depot sites (a 20-25minute walk apart) to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for railway customers.
Key responsibilities include:
* Deep and thorough cleaning of train interiors
* Following strict safety protocols in a busy depot environment
* Communicating effectively to maintain high standards of work and safety
While a sentinel card with PTS (AC/DC) competencies is preferred, it's not essential as full training will be provided by Ganymede Solutions.
Shift Pattern:
This role operates on a 7-day rotating roster covering the hours of 22:00pm-05:00am, including weekends. Flexibility is essential, and overtime opportunities are available at management's discretion.

Pay Rate & Benefits:
* Standard Hours (35 hours per week): �12.19 per hour
* Overtime (36+ hours) and Rest Days: �18.15 per hour
* Sunday Shifts: �21.18 per hour
* Pay increases after 12 weeks under Agency Worker Regulations (AWR)
* Comprehensive training provided, including depot protection, site safety, cleaning solutions, and PTS training
* Opportunity to secure a permanent position after 6 months
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Experience in vehicle, industrial, or commercial cleaning environments
* A keen eye for detail and pride in delivering a clean and safe environment
* Flexible with working night shifts on a 7-day roster
* Willingness to follow strict safety protocols in this safety-critical role
All candidates must pass a pre-employment medical, including a drug and alcohol screening, and complete training in depot and site safety.
