As an Admissions Officer, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the admissions function for Navitas Europe, specifically working with Hertfordshire International College (HIC). You'll collaborate with colleagues across the Admissions and Compliance teams, process international student applications efficiently, and establish strong links with both College-based and regional teams worldwide. Key responsibilities include responding to student applications in line with service level agreements, assessing applications in compliance with the latest requirements, and maintaining effective communication with students, agents, and partners.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Admissions Officer Duties:
* Ensure timely responses to student applications to meet service level agreements.
* Accurately assess applications based on current admissions criteria.
* Maintain ongoing communication with agents, students, and regional teams about application developments.
* Conduct and document student interviews with precision.
* Cultivate productive relationships with regional teams, the College, our University Partner, and agents while achieving individual and team targets.
Admissions Officer Requirements:
* Strong understanding of the international education landscape.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to assess applications with attention to detail.
* Proficiency in relationship-building and stakeholder management.
* Experience in a similar admissions role is highly desirable.
