We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Events Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in event coordination and service delivery.About the RoleAs an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for the coordination of events onsite in Leopardstown, Dublin. You will serve as the onsite operational point of contact for service delivery, ensuring that high-profile events are managed professionally and efficiently. This role involves working closely with the Facilities team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders to provide exceptional event experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the coordination and management of meeting rooms and event spaces, ensuring seamless organization and execution.Manage internal and external client event requests, coordinating logistics, catering, and audio-visual needs.Maintain daily onsite presence to ensure smooth event operations and proactively address any issues.Ensure compliance with client security and emergency procedures.Conduct risk assessments and contribute to a culture of safety and operational excellence.Work alongside the Events Manager to enhance event coordination processes.Serve as a key point of contact for event-related queries.Deliver exceptional customer service by anticipating needs and ensuring all stakeholders have a positive experience.Utilize Microsoft Teams and other event coordination tools effectively.Travel between client locations as required to support events.What We’re Looking ForProven experience in event coordination, conference management, or the live events industry.A proactive and solution-focused mindset with a strong ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage confidently with clients and stakeholders.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality events.Ability to work under pressure without compromising on service standards.A collaborative approach, working closely with teams such as Security, Facilities, and Operations.A flexible, motivated, and growth-oriented mindset.Willingness to learn and apply new technologies, particularly Microsoft Teams and Audio-Visual systems.A fun, friendly, and professional attitude that aligns with Sodexo’s culture and values.What We OfferWorking with Sodexo is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of something greater.
