We\'re currently recruiting a dedicated Kitchen Assistant to help ensure the smooth running of the kitchen at CH&CO on a full time basis, contracted to 37.5 hours per week.As a Kitchen Assistant, you will use your skills to maintain a high standard of customer care and cleanliness. In return, you will have the chance to progress your career with company that invests in its people, celebrates individuality, and rewards and recognises employees who go beyond the plate.Location: Womble Bond Dickinson, LondonShift Pattern: Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, 7:30-15:00Rate of Pay: £14.50 per hourKey Responsibilities: Assist chefs by washing, peeling, and chopping ingredients, and preparing basic dishes as neededKeep kitchen areas, utensils, and equipment clean and sanitised in line with hygiene standardDispose of food waste and recycling properly, and ensure bins are emptied regularlyReceive, unpack, and store deliveries, checking for quality and expiration datesHelp with tasks like setting up workstations, organizing storage, and restocking supplies during serviceWashing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and ensuring all equipment and areas are sanitized to maintain a safe working environmentWorking with us has its perks!
