As the College Director Principal (CDP), you'll be at the forefront of developing a new five-year plan for SRH International College Berlin. This role allows you to help lead the partnership relationship, optimise the student experience, and contribute to the internationalisation strategy of SRH University. You will oversee the college's finance, teaching & learning, student services, and regulatory frameworks, collaborating with marketing, recruitment, and admissions teams. With a focus on creating a positive workplace culture and ensuring compliance, you will drive the college's growth agenda, aiming for outstanding student outcomes and thriving partnerships.
Hours of Work: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ?95,000- �100k
College Director Principal (CDP) Requirements:
* A degree-level qualification.
* Significant leadership experience, ideally in a higher education or similar environment.
* Proven track record in a regulated setting requiring high compliance standards.
* Demonstrable success in delivering challenging performance targets through quality management.
* Fluency in both German and English, with excellent inter-personal communication skills.
