Job Title: Clinical Pharmacist
Location: Private Hospital near Birmingham
Duration: Minimum 3 months
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP, April 2025
Rate of Pay: �26 - �34 per hour (via Umbrella)

What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a Clinical Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients in gynaecology wards, care of the elderly, and rehab wards . In this role, you will: ? Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews ? Provide expert clinical advice to healthcare teams ? Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes ? Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care ? Maintain accurate patient records and ensure medication safety
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need: ? A current and valid GPhC registration ? Prior ward-based experience in a hospital setting ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team ? A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
