You will be part of the Midlands Strategic Planning Team, which is focused on sustaining the Tarmac business through securing land and mineral assets, providing Real Estate administration through the management and reporting of key data and associated processes Ensuring that all duties are completed by required deadlines and that the appropriate information is readily available for end users in a required and useable format.In role of Strategic Planning Coordinator you will:Work closely with other Coordinators within the L&NR function in providing administration support and to further individual developmentManage and co-ordinate the Property Transaction Approval process, including tracking and gaining of approvals and circulation of documentation.Assist with management and forecasting of spend and progress on Capital projects for mineral continuity and acquisitions.Raising and administration of Purchase Orders, recording payments and producing reports identifying spend.Assist with the population and updating of the electronic filing systemAssist with review and improvement of processes to ensure the team is working effectivelySupport co-ordination of trainingOrdering of supplies for the team such as PPE, stationery and IT equipmentComplete and submit formal annual mineral monitoring returnsAd hoc administrative workSupport on Stakeholder engagement eventsBooking travel and hotel accommodationSuccessful candidate for theStrategic Planning Coordinator will ideally have:Strong IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Outlook, Teams, Excel and Powerpoint), Sharepoint and SAP Strong administration skills with attention to detail and an ability to multi-taskExcellent team working skills with the ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleaguesStrong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to ensure effective communication with a wide range of contacts both internal and external to the businessGood organisational skillsAttention to detailDiscretion and trustworthiness, along with flexibility and adaptabilityWe offer an extensive range of career development opportunities and industry-leading rewards, incentives and benefits.Some of the range of benefits on offer to employees include:Enhanced holiday entitlementContributory pension schemeAccess to the Tarmac Reward website with discounts on retailers, holidays, etc.Access to our Employee Assistance helpline for free and confidential advice.Training and development opportunitiesInterested?
