What You'll Be Doing:
Join our team as a General Medicine Physiotherapist and play a key role in improving the lives of acute inpatients. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive patient assessments
* Create and implement personalised care plans
* Deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
* Maintain accurate patient records
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Experience working with acute hospital patients
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
* A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers flexible working hours (22.5 - 37.5 per week) to suit your availability. The contract is ongoing , with the possibility of extension based on service needs and performance.
