What You'll Be Doing:
Join the acute therapy team as a Band 7 Occupational Therapist and play a key role in supporting patients in a fast-paced hospital environment. In this role, you will:
* Perform comprehensive assessments for patients in an acute setting
* Develop and implement individualised treatment and discharge plans
* Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
* Provide clinical leadership and supervision to junior staff and students
* Maintain high standards of documentation and patient care
Requirements & Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A current and valid HCPC registration
* Substantial experience working in an acute hospital setting
* Excellent clinical reasoning and decision-making skills
* Strong communication and leadership abilities
* A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and outcomes
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This position is full-time Monday to Friday, with flexibility for part-time applicants. The role is ongoing with potential for extension based on service needs and performance.
