Due to the new regime, we would like support in ensuring that are meeting the requirements stipulated by the Operational Standards Rules, maintaining the quality management system and any other duties that may be required to contribute to the delivery of our Building Control service. You will have the opportunity to contribute to developing and improving the Building Control service, implementing best practices and innovative solutions. Although this post is advertised as a 32 hour role, we are a flexible employer and will consider applications from candidates who would prefer to work part-time or more flexibly.Who are we looking for?To be successful in this role you will need to be:Able to receive and record information accurately and write responses to complaints.Good listening skills and the ability to impart information clearly and sensitively.Able to interpret and present data in report format where required.Well organised with the ability to follow quality procedures, having an accurate and methodical approach to work.Be proficient in the use of ICT packages.Able to demonstrate flexible approach to work patterns and systems, working effectively as part of a time or on own initiative.Confident and assertive with the ability to take appropriate action. If you need help or support to complete your application, please visit our accessibility page to see how we can assist you. Guaranteed Interview Scheme - As part of our commitment to inclusion, we offer guaranteed interviews for specific groups of people.
