Location: This role is based at our Head Office - Lyndhurst, Hampshire with the occasional option to work from home. Pay: £34,000 PA (Pro rata) - Approx. £17,000 PA based on a part-time 20 hour per week contract.Hours: Part-time, 20-25 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days per week, Monday to Friday. We have an obsessive commitment to home-grown and local produce, and we celebrate the seasons.The Role We are on the hunt for an experienced recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to maintaining trusted partnerships with agencies and job board providers.Responsibilities include but not limited to:Managing vacancy requests submitted by each hotel, ensuring all vacancies are posted correctly and published on job boards.Liase with all Hiring Managers, supporting the recruitment drive of all vacancies. Having a knowledge of the market to advise and implement a recruitment strategy for each campaign.Support the hotels with CV screening, phone and online calls, providing detailed information regarding the role and championing THE PIG as an employer of choice.Assess candidate skills and experience in-line with the requirements of the role, supporting Hiring Managers with the recruitment process, through to offer.Maintain and establishing trusted partnership with agencies and job board providers. Being the point of contract, negotiating terms of business, and contract renewals, ensuring agreements are cost effective and in-line with recruitment budgets.Attract top-tier candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, CV mining and networking.Reporting on recruitment activity, providing reports to our finance department with regards to campaign spend. We are seeking for a candidate with an established background in agency or in-house recruitment. You will be confident, outgoing with the ability to open doors, building and maintaining great external relationships.Ideally, you will already be a PIG Hotel fan who understands our culture and why we are an award-winning employer in the hospitality industry.Experience & Skills: Experience in recruitment either through agency or in-house.
