Legal Assistant / Paralegal Duties:
As a Legal Assistant / Paralegal within our vibrant Conveyancing Team, you will play a vital role in supporting our experienced solicitors as they manage a diverse caseload of residential property transactions. This role is a fantastic stepping stone for those beginning their legal journey, allowing you to build technical skills and move toward further qualifications. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the day-to-day management of files, preparing essential legal documents, drafting correspondence, maintaining accurate records on our case management system, and providing general administrative support to the team.
Legal Assistant / Paralegal Requirements:
* A law degree or equivalent qualification (or currently pursuing one)
* Previous experience in conveyancing is desirable but not essential
* A genuine passion for property law and a commitment to long-term qualification
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
