Project Site Manager - Leicestershire
�500 - �550 Per day (Outside IR35)
Monday to Friday 0700 - 1700
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or SSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) certifications are required.
- CSCS Card (Manager level - anything above standard construction worker will suffice) Or CSCS Black Card
- NVQ Level 7 - Master's or senior Management Qualification (Desirable)
- Strong background in site management, preferably with a focus on mechanical and electrical installation
- Strong Automation Background
You will be responsible for the following:
- Full-time site-based role overseeing the installation team.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time and within-budget project delivery.
- Manage the performance of subcontractors, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Organise and facilitate back-to-back vendor meetings, ensuring effective communication and project progress.
- Steer subcontractor meetings and manage their cadence to ensure alignment with project goals.
- Ensure all necessary supplier documentation is organised and up to date.
- Bring all vendors together to streamline project efforts and resolve any issues.
- Act as the liaison between the on-site team and the wider project management team.
- Foster a collaborative work environment, ensuring clear communication between all parties involved.
- Uses resources responsibly and finds the right balance between serving customer needs and achieving business results
- Clarifies targets and translates them into day-to-day work to achieve results
