Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Shared Ownership Coordinatorto support the Head of Shared Ownership to lead the leasehold team to provide an effective and efficient customer-focused service to our shared ownership customers.The role will entail managing resale and staircasing transactions from start to finish, rent/service charge account management and all general leasehold enquiries. This role is a remote role benefiting from a supportive team culture, with occasional requirements to work from our head office in Holborn, London.Youwill be joining our Home team based in Holborn.
