As well as delivering best in class Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality performance for our Plant operations, asMulti Skilled Operativeyou will specifically focus on operational tasks including:Working with aggregates on site and operating machinery (including dumpers and loading shovels)Day to day maintenance of the plant, maintaining the highest levels of housekeepingTraining and operation on static plant operations to help drive plant optimisationWorking with other members of the team to ensure that customers get good quality material and on-time deliveriesEnsuring that Plant availability is maximisedWeighbridge dutiesLoading shovel (mobile Plant)Assisting the Supervisor with meeting daily/weekly production targetsMaintaining and driving a culture of zero harm and behavioural safetyCompliance and awareness Health and Safety measure around the siteThe Ideal CandidateSuitable candidates for the roleMulti Skilled Operative will be able to demonstrate proven experience preferably working within a similar aggregates environment or an Agricultural, Industrial or Factory environment as an operative or labourer.
