We are seeking a passionate and motivated Child and Family Lifestyles Coach to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of children, young people (CYP), and their families! In this community-based role, you will support families to improve their health, wellbeing, and self-management capacity by applying evidence-based behaviour change techniques. From goal setting to confidence building, you will help families overcome barriers and make sustainable lifestyle changes. You will provide tailored advice and interventions on topics such as healthy eating and physical activity, complete holistic lifestyle assessments, and develop bespoke support packages. As part of the National Child Measurement Programme (NCMP), you will also engage with school-aged children and families, offering signposting and physical activity interventions to enhance their health outcomes. This is an exciting opportunity to empower families through positive change and connect them with wider services through social prescribing.This is a county-wide role covering Essex, with positions available across our four local quadrants: Mid, North, South, and West.
