Key skills and responsibilities for the Civil Quantity Surveyor role:

Prepare detailed cost estimates and manage budgets for earthworks, pipelines, reservoirs, and treatment facilities.

Contract Management: Draft, review, and administer contracts with contractors, suppliers, and consultants.
*
Measure quantities of materials and work completed for progress payments and final accounts.
*
Monitor project risks, evaluate variations and change orders, and advise on cost implications.
* Heavy Civils experience within the Water Insutry is essential
Location, day rate and timeframe of the Civil Quantity Surveyor role
* London
* Up to �500.00 Per Day
* Outside IR35
* 12 - 24 months minimum
