Fitness Advisor4 days per week5.45am - 1.45pm, 10am-6pm or 12pm - 8pm.£12.71 per hour, plus benefitsFree Parking on site Free Gym MembershipDuties:- Conduct fitness assessments and evaluations for clients to determine their current fitness level and goals.- Develop personalized fitness programs based on individual needs and goals.- Instruct and demonstrate proper exercise techniques to clients.- Provide ongoing support, motivation, and guidance to clients throughout their fitness journey.- Educate clients on nutrition and healthy lifestyle habits.- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment.Skills:- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and exercise physiology.- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.- Strong customer service skills and ability to build rapport with clients.- Ability to adapt and modify exercises for clients with different fitness levels or limitations.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Qualifications:Level 2 Fitness Instructor (Desirable)First aid at Work (Desirable)
