Managing operational challenges such as balancing client requests, maintaining compliance with KPIs, and fostering team collaboration. Assisting with team training and development to ensure consistent service delivery.Maintaining compliance with CBOI’s and Sodexo’s standards, procedures, and regulationsImplementing any system changes, upgrades, or new functionalities will likely require adherence to formal change management procedures to minimise disruption and ensure proper testing and communication.The Ideal CandidateDemonstrable knowledge of CMMS administration, configuration, and functionalityGood understanding of IT systems, databases, and system integration concepts.Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Meticulous approach to working on CMMS software, ensuring documentation to accuracy and integrityAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain well-organised workflowsClear and concise communication with users of varying technical abilities, as well as with client and external vendors. Patient and helpful attitude towards end-users, with a commitment to providing operational excellence.Ability to anticipate potential issues, identify areas for system improvement, and take initiative.Willingness to learn new features, updates, and best practices related to CMMS administration and facility management operationsAbility to work effectively with colleagues in the operation Taking responsibility for resolving issues and ensuring the smooth operation of the CMMS.A foundational understanding of maintenance workflows, asset management principles, and the role of a CMMS in these processes.
