Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Engage and support clients with mental health issues to build trusting relationships, assess employment needs, and create tailored employment plans to help them secure and maintain work, in line with IPS targets and fidelity.Deliver practical services such as career guidance, CV preparation, job searching, interview skills, and work coaching, while facilitating access to expert financial advice and providing support to employed clients to help them progress in work.Develop and maintain relationships with employers, conduct weekly employer engagement activities, and collaborate with community partners to raise awareness of employment and mental health issues, ensuring a steady flow of referrals.Maintain accurate records of client activity and outcomes, update NHS databases, attend team meetings, comply with policies and procedures, and contribute to the development of a responsive service for diverse and disadvantaged communities.
