A day in this role looks like….As a Business Support Manager at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our CEO's Office. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Develop and improve management reporting systems, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided, including identifying early warning signs for goals not being met.Support the Head of the CEO's Office by drafting briefing documents, handling internal and external communications, and maintaining governance records.Manage communication flow within the CEO's office, oversee the Executive Office Coordinator, and ensure effective internal operations.Conduct research, represent Hestia in external engagements, and manage the preparation of meeting papers and minutes.Oversee financial documentation, manage the CEO Office's budget, and track delivery of tasks to meet performance targets.Why Hestia?Joining Hestia means more than just a job; it's an opportunity to be part of something bigger.
