We are looking for a full time Ward Manager to join our team in Great Western Hospital.Who demonstrates compassionate communication when discussing patient care, using persuasive and reassuring approaches. Brings expert leadership, with a strong focus on patient safety, quality, and governance. Provides mentorship, staff appraisals, and training, while supporting professional development across the team.Experienced in clinical assessment, care planning, and managing complex or sensitive situations, including end-of-life care and supporting distressed families. Oversees daily operations with skill in delegation, supervision, and shift coordination.
