Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit a Home Services Move Assistant to be responsible for helping to create an effective and efficient function with a positive workplace culture, that will enable us to deliver an excellent service, putting the customer at the centre of our approach, focusing on enhancing the lived experience behind every move in, move out and repairs and maintenance process, delivering top quality housing management services every time.This is a full time role working from Monday - Friday and offers a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days remote.Our Home Services team plays a crucial role as part of Pinnacle Service Families, our largest contract managing 49,000 military family homes on behalf of the Ministry of Defence.
