We emphasize sustainability through initiatives like reducing single-use plastics, using seasonal British produce, and minimizing food waste, enhancing the stadium experience year-round..About the role:As a Chef de Partie at Twickenham Stadium, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional culinary experiences across a variety of events, from match days to conferences and banqueting. You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes meet the highest standards of quality and consistency. Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef, you will uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards, contribute to menu development, and mentor junior kitchen staff.
