You’ll support and guide the night team, take care of training and standards, and make sure the next day starts strong.About You and The RoleWe’re looking for a Night Duty Manager who:Leads the Reception overnight, guiding the night team, making confident decisions, and ensuring a calm, professional environment in the absence of senior leadersManages guest arrivals, VIP experiences, and special requests, while handling any issues or complaints with care and clarityOversees night operations, including coordinating with other departments, completing the night audit, and sharing key updates with the teamSupports team development through coaching, feedback, and task management, always upholding our standards and valuesBrings experience from a 4- or 5-star hotel, is confident using Opera, stays composed under pressure, and communicates with warmth and confidenceIs flexible with a 24-hour roster, working on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, detail-focused, and naturally aligned with our REAL People values.With more hotels planned within our wider portfolio, this is your chance to be at the forefront of a dynamic and expanding company.
