We support adults living with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health conditions to fulfil their potential, develop new skills and live as independently as possible. The Senior Support Worker RoleAs a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service.The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions.
