You will be working within a small team of nurses and healthcare assistants and be dedicated to a high standard of professional practice and development.The post is part-time 27 hours per week and includes flexible working of hours. The Ideal CandidateAs the ideal candidate, you will be a Registered Nurse with a current NMC registration, demonstrating excellent communication skills across written, verbal, and electronic formats. You will have a strong foundation in delivering evidence-based practice and a commitment to continuous professional development. You should be able to apply theory to practice, engage with clinical governance processes, and participate in audits. A reflective approach to practice, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and a friendly, professional manner are all essential. You should also feel confident in motivating others and promoting a high standard of customer care.
