As a Programmes Facilitator at HMP Peterborough, you will be at the forefront of delivering interventions designed to challenge and change offender behaviour. Working closely with participants, you’ll facilitate structured group sessions, tailored one-to-one support, and provide guidance to help individuals achieve key learning outcomes.Your role will involve thorough planning, preparation, and evaluation of each session, ensuring adherence to the programme manual and Ministry of Justice guidelines. As a Key Worker, you’ll provide personalised support to up to four participants per course, helping them review and progress against their individual care plans. You’ll also contribute to the assessment of potential participants, monitor their progress, and deliver detailed reports to parole boards and probation services.This role requires empathy, resilience, and a genuine belief in the capacity for change.
