Sodexo’s Education Marketing Team is looking for an enthusiastic Assistant Brand Manager to support brand activity across schools and universities. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with some experience in marketing or branding, strong Adobe design skills, and a “can-do” attitude to step into a fast-paced yet supportive environment.You'll play a key role in running our social media channels, ensuring all marketing collateral is on-brand, and supporting national campaigns from concept to execution. If you're resilient, proactive, thrive under pressure (especially during term time), and are ready to grow with a brand-led business, we’d love to hear from you.What you’ll do:Responsible for managing and reporting on Social Media activity in the form of monthly reportsCo-ordinating all print and distribution fulfilmentSupport on all marketing calendars and theme daysPublish and distribute all operation packs relating to menu and promotional launchesCompile a termly competitor report on initiatives, business wins, key financial dataWork with the Insights team in Tech & Services to develop a food insight programme on the latest industry trends with a view to the futureWork with creative agencies to develop our suite of offer collateralCreating and editing marketing collateral in Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator For a full list of responsibilities please view the attached job descriptionWhat you bring:Some experience in marketing or brandingAt least basic experience in using Adobe Indesign/Photoshop/Illustrator is essentialTrustworthy, able to respect the need to maintain confidentiality when requiredA first-class communicator, both written and verbally with a ‘can do’ attitudeAbility to react quickly to requests and to solve problemsPositively influence and work with operational teams to listen to feedback and act on it when requiredOrganised, with an ability to keep on track with communication from multiple stakeholdersAssertive and confident, able to communicate across all levels of the business, from directors to operational colleagues.Flexible in work across range of stakeholdersAttention to detail – all activity should be on brand and fit for purposeTeamwork – ability to work cooperatively with others and provide help where required.
