You belong in a team where you can act with purpose and thrive in your way.What you’ll do:Conduct regular and ad-hoc patrols across all hospital car parks to ensure adherence to the Trust's Car Parking Policy.Assist and direct drivers to available parking spaces, ensuring smooth traffic flow and efficient use of parking areas.Issue parking infringement notices for non-compliance with policies or obstruction of emergency access routes.Respond promptly to car park alerts and take appropriate action to maintain a safe and secure environment.Check, maintain, and clean pay-on-foot machines, reporting any faults to the Travel Plan Coordinator.Support cash collection operations, including the emptying and handling of money from machines in line with Trust procedures.Liaise with Trust staff and emergency services to report incidents or potential security risks and take necessary actions.Provide courteous assistance and information to patients, visitors, and staff, maintaining a professional and helpful presence at all times.What you bring:Education/Qualifications - Good general standard of education and Health & Safety Passport.Skills/AbilitiesFlexible working practice must be able to work a flexible shift pattern and overtime as required.Ability to cope within a highly productive and sometimes stressful environment.Good written skills, with ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English language.Good numerical skills.Confidence to communicate effectively with a wide range of people from general public to Senior Managers.Experience - Demonstrable customer service skills.Desirable Experience - Ideally consistent experience in a similar role.
