This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll support and guide a team of Recruitment Advisors and Coordinators in delivering high-quality hiring outcomes across the business.You’ll play a key role in shaping how we attract and retain top talent, driving improvements in our recruitment processes, and ensuring we provide a consistent and engaging candidate experience.This is a hybrid role, based at our Runcorn head office 3 days per week, with remote working for the remaining 2 days. Your leadership skills will guide the team towards achieving recruitment targets and promoting a collaborative and innovative work culture.Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates across various roles within the organisation. Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Senior Leaders and other Recruitment Leads to optimize the talent acquisition process and enhance candidate experience.Candidate Sourcing: Utilise various channels, including social media, job boards, and networking platforms, to source and engage with potential candidates. Ensure a diverse and inclusive approach to talent acquisition. You will also be the innovator of new recruitment methods to continuously develop and lead on the future of recruitment.Selection and Assessment: Lead the team in conducting comprehensive candidate assessments, interviews, and support your co-ordinators with the onboarding checks, ensuring that we bring on board candidates who align with our values and contribute to our vibrant work culture.Data-Driven Insights: Analyse recruitment data and metrics to provide regular reports on team performance and suggest data-driven improvements to the hiring process.The Ideal CandidateExperience: You have a proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.
