Job DescriptionTeam LeaderSalary: £13.39 per hourWorking Hours: Full TimeService: Integra Ty Undeb, Llanelli We are currently recruiting for a Senior Support Worker –  to join our team at Integra Ty Undeb Ty Undeb supports and accommodates 7 adults with long term mental health issues and complex needs. We activity encourage the individuals we support to engage in the local community and to learn new skills. We pride ourselves on our person centred working relationships that we developed with the people we support.  Our professional working relationships have enabled many individuals to develop the skills and confidence to move on, and become independent and part of the wider community.The staff team work with every individual to assess existing skills and to help enhance these further to sustain independent living. Our team focus is to encourage an open and honest environment for the clients to communicate their needs and discuss issues they may be struggling with.  We encourage a positive, pro-active approach to daily living and use individual one page profiles to ensure all staff understand what’s important to them. The Senior Support Worker role is 37.5 hours and will include days, waking nights, weekends and some lone working. About National Care GroupNational Care Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of adult social care, supporting people with learning disabilities, mental health support needs, acquired brain injuries, autistic people, and complex related needs. Its mission is to empower those it supports to lead their best life, enabling them the opportunity to unlock their full potential and live as independently as possible within their community.The role of a National Care Group Senior Support WorkerAs a Senior Support Worker, you will promote and ensure that the company vision of person-centred support is implemented whilst maintaining an individual’s potential and independence. .A Senior Support Worker is required to respect and work cooperatively with others, enabling the people we support to live in their own home or within their local community with dignity and confidence.
