We are currently looking for a knowledgeable and passionate Assistant Bar Manager to support our bar team.Our bars at THE PIG are unique! We mash, muddle, blend, shake and throw our way to making our guests the perfect drink. All of our cocktails are designed with the kitchen garden in mind. This provides all of the essential ingredients to infuse our locally sourced spirits. Our vodkas are infused by the herbs, flowers and berries from the kitchen garden, bacon is added to our bourbon and caramel to our rum. There is no limit to what we can do and this all comes from the creative minds of our bar team.As Assistant Bar Manager you will be supporting the effective operation of the bar areas. You will support the Bar Manager by developing the skills of the team.
