Working across our online platforms, you’ll help amplify the Restaurant Associates Venues brand while also supporting the unique identity of each venue we work with. From crafting compelling social media campaigns to managing website content, email marketing, and third-party listings, you’ll play a vital role in connecting audiences with unforgettable experiences. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Management:Manage and update content across our venue hire websites using CMS platforms.Ensure all pages are current, engaging, SEO-optimised and aligned with brand tone and messaging.Social Media:Plan, create, and schedule content across our social media channels (Instagram, LinkedIn etc.).Engage with audiences and track performance to grow reach and engagement.Collaborate with on-site teams for localised content and storytelling opportunities.Support in content development projects such as photography or videography shoots.Email Marketing:Create and deliver targeted email campaigns to B2B audiences for our venue hire locations.Manage audience segmentation, scheduling, and performance analysis.Content & Design Support:Assist in creating digital marketing assets including presentations, banner, and social graphics.Work closely with our graphic designer to ensure consistency and brand alignment.Third-Party Listings & Partnerships:Manage listings across venue directories and event platforms (e.g., Venue Directory)Optimise content, maintain accuracy, and explore partnership opportunities to boost visibility.Analytics & Reporting:Use tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to monitor and report on campaign performance.Make recommendations based on insights to refine strategy and tactics.Team Collaboration:Work closely with the wider marketing, operations, and sales teams to support ad-hoc initiatives and projects.About YouWe’re looking for someone who is:A fun, curious and personable individual who likes to question the norm and look at better ways of operating.Creative, organised and digitally savvy.A strong communicator with an eye for good design and detail.Proactive, with a can-do attitude and the confidence to bring ideas to the table.Comfortable working across multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Experienced in digital marketing, ideally within hospitality, events, or lifestyle sectors.Skills and Experience2 years’ experience in a digital marketing or content creation role.Strong understanding of CMS platforms (e.g., Umbraco is a bonus).Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Meta Business Suite).Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.Working knowledge of email marketing platformsFamiliarity with Google Analytics and SEO principles.What we can offer you:A collaborative and inclusive culture, where your ideas are valued, and creativity is encouraged.Hybrid working with a central London office and the flexibility to balance home and office life.27 days annual leave (Excluding bank holidays and national holiday days)Access to Compass Group company perks & benefits.Perks for Works discounts and promotionsTravel opportunities to visit our venues across the UKThe chance to work with high-profile clients and partners, supporting events, exhibitions, and experiences seen by millions of visitors each year.Opportunities to grow your skills, with hands-on experience across digital channels, content creation, and campaign delivery.Access to training, mentoring and development, with support from our wider Restaurant Associates and Compass Group UK networks.Competitive salary and benefits, including staff discounts, wellbeing support, and the chance to enjoy the incredible spaces we help bring to life.No shortage of delicious food!
