Pinnacle Group are looking for a Social Value Coordinator to help drive our Social Value commitments. A passion for creating a sustainable impact for the business and the communities and people we serve is key to the success of this role.As part of the Projects & Governance Team, you’ll contribute to the delivery of the social value strategy by establishing and working with a network of community partners to develop, implement, monitor and measure a programme of initiatives and projects that support the Group’s objectives and reporting requirements.This is a hybrid role working 2 days in Holborn, London and 3 days remotely. Occasional national travel will be required.Who We ArePinnacle Group is a leading UK private sector provider of services to communities nationwide; specifically managing and maintaining housing-led neighbourhoods and related community infrastructure – places where people want to live and can thrive.We’re a people-first organisation with a values driven culture that has remained consistent for thirty years; living through how we treat our employees and our customers.Who We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who, alongside the key criteria below, will sign up to our values of Trust, Respect, Involve, Challenge and Deliver Excellence and will be determined to maintain the confidence of our clients and communities.Key responsibilities:Collaborate with contract managers and stakeholders to deliver an impactful social value programme by maximising the social value generated from our existing key suppliers, local service providers and contract partners.Create a network of established external social value partners who can deliver impactful social value within our communities across the UK through a new commissioning model.Collect, measure and analyse social value data for reporting on targets and measures using the Themes Outcomes Measures (TOMS) social impact calculator.Regularly report on social value activities, identifying risks and opportunities.Collaborate with various teams to continuously improve the approach.Provide regular content and case studies for the Marcoms and Bidding and Growth teams to align social value promotion with Pinnacle’s strategy.Coordinate the objectives set out in the annual social value “roadmap” and align deliverables to the TOMS framework / measures.Promote social and environmental best practice and support social awareness campaigns.Collaborate with the Data Analytics team to enhance reporting.Key Requirements:Excellent coordination and communication skillsGood networking skills with local agencies, charities and support providersReport writingKnowledge of social value legislationData analytics skills to help capture social value metricsGood project management experienceA self-starter, comfortable working both autonomously and with colleagues at all levels of the organisation to deliver value in a small, high-functioning teamAn environmental management qualification / ESG background is advantageousOur OfferThe more diverse our workforce, the better we can adapt to and reflect the needs of our customers.
