We are looking for an experienced General Manager who can mobilise a new contract with us.Location: SurreyRate of pay: £50,000 - £60,000 per annumWorking pattern: 5 over 7 shift pattern, mostly day time shifts requiredKey responsibilitiesAbility to manage a team of 10 – 50 peopleHolding regular feedback sessions with customers and clients to ensure we are exceeding their food service expectationsLead, develop and manage the team staff membersAbility to manage a multi-faceted venue with several café and retail style outletsOur ideal candidate:We are ideally looking for a candidate with proven multi-site experience within contract catering, restaurants or retail sectorExperience managing large commercials turnovers between £3-5 million per yearAbility and experience in managing several stakeholders and building great relationshipsCommercial acumenWhat\'s in it for you?Working with CH&CO has its perks!
