If you're self-motivated, enjoy a challenge, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same – this could be the perfect fit for you!As a Support Worker based at our Cheltenham service, you’ll play a vital role in supporting both the team and individuals staying with us. Each day will bring something new, so adaptability is key.You might be:- Helping someone learn valuable life skills such as cooking, shopping, and budgeting.- Supporting community activities.- Offering a listening ear as someone shares their story – possibly for the very first time.We’re looking for someone with a can-do attitude, a willingness to go the extra mile, and the creativity to think outside the box.
