About the roleThis role supports the provision of palliative care to children, young people and families living with a life limited condition in their homes across West Sussex and South East Hampshire. Palliative care includes the provision of respite breaks, enabling children opportunities to have fun and make memories ‘adding life to shortened years. You will provide high quality, holistic, family centred and compassionate care whilst meeting the complex clinical needs of the children in our care. Care can be provided in CYP’s homes, fun days out in the community or bringing the CYP to the hospice for community day care.
