We are looking for qualified wrap-around care and holiday club practitioners to work in our Junior School and Nursery Wrap-Around Care and Holiday Club team. The roles are available from August 2025. These roles involve ensuring a safe, engaging and supportive environment for children aged 2-11 years after school and during the holidays. The successful candidates will support the development, wellbeing, and learning of children in line with the Curriculum for Excellence and the principles of GIFREC (Getting It Right For Every Child).These roles are full year-round (52 weeks minus 5.6 weeks holiday) and are offered on a part-time basis (usual start and finish times are between 2pm and 6pm). There will be the opportunity for additional hours during the school holidays. Ideally, we would like the successful candidate to work 5 days per week but are open to a discussion on hours for the right candidates. The School consists of a Senior School, Junior School and a Nursery Department. The School is a member of HMC. The Edinburgh Academy moved to full co-education across the whole school in 2008. The Junior and Senior Schools are on separate sites, both of which have spacious grounds and sports facilities including extensive playing fields, an all-weather sports area, and a large Sports Hall and Centre.
