Its mission is to empower those it supports to lead their best life, enabling them the opportunity to unlock their full potential and live as independently as possible within their community.The role of a National Care Group Support Worker We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and enthusiastic female support worker to provide 1:1 support for a young woman with complex physical and learning disabilities. She is a full-time wheelchair user and requires full assistance with all aspects of daily living. She is a vibrant and joyful individual who enjoys watching films, listening to music, sensory activities and going out in the community on days out to the cinema, aquariums and zoos. As a team we promote person centred support and help each person to achieve their goals and aspirations by focusing on the skills they have and building upon them.
