Scrum MasterSalary £36,000 - £40,000 per annumPermanentLondon/Folkestone HybridAs Scrum Master you will be leading a Scrum Team (up to 12 colleagues), responsible for task allocation and coordination of delivery, resolving any issues that arise, removing blockers and having control over the scrum processes as well as facilitating scrum rituals.As Scrum Master you will ensure that the scrum runs smoothly and work is completed within the allotted time/sprint to the required quality parameters, providing requisite reporting to PMO and Programme management.You will have Scrum Master responsibility for monitoring progress within the Scrum Team and executing the backlog as determined with the Product Owner, ensuring conflicts and dependencies are resolved quickly and with minimal impact.We offer flexibility over where you work – you choose a place where you feel most comfortable and productive, either from home or in one of our hubs. Our insurance operations team meet most months in either London or Folkestone.
