We deliver exceptional support to people diagnosed with a learning or physical disability, acquired brain injury, autism or a mental illness.We are recruiting an Administrator within our Regional Office based in Nottingham to be a first point of contact for our internal and external customers (Staff, Service Users and Visitors) whilst providing administrative support to the designated Regional Office Team.This will be a full-time permanent role working Monday to Friday- 37.5 hours.Successful candidates will be required to have an Enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment.Please note: Eden Futures are unable to offer sponsorship for this positionBenefits Include: Basic salary of £24,000Take your Birthday off plus 25 days holidayFree DBS CheckHealth Cash Back and Pension schemeEligibility for a £500 bonus through our refer a friend schemeEnhanced pay for Maternity or Paternity leave.Main ResponsibilitiesProvide general administrative duties – opening and distributing the mail, sending post and packages, photocopying, maintaining stationary levels and consumables, faxing, filing etcManning the office switchboardMaintaining emails, responding to and forwarding on emails as requiredOrganise venues for meetings and forumsYou will work closely with the Recruitment Team, providing support in conducting telephone screenings predominantly for Support Worker applications within your designated region, ensuring  the ATS system is kept up to date for your region and applications are responded to within agreed SLA's, arranging interviews with the operations team and ensuring feedback is provided to recruitment.Maintaining Health and Safety in the working environmentOversee in the maintenance of systems such as key cupboard, stationary stock, booking out of equipment; cameras, mobile phones etc.Ensure all resources are maintained, such as PDF’s, H & S files, mentor packs, handbooks, ID Cards etc.Ensure all minutes for meetings are accurately typed and distributedThe Ideal CandidateGood attention to detail and accuracy skillsPrevious administration experience working within a fast-paced environment preferableYou will enjoy working as part of team as well as using your own initiativeHighly organised with the ability to prioritise tasksProficiency in MS office and in-house systemsGood communication skills About The CompanyEden Futures is about enabling people to live fulfilling lives in whatever circumstances people choose.
