Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director,the National Internal Sales Manager holds a pivotal role within ESS, responsible for managing two important functions:the National Internal Sales team, accountable for a portfolio generating approximately £7 million in annual revenue, and the National Hire Desk team, which oversees day-to-day transactional activity for National Account customers contributing circa £22 million in revenue.This role combines commercial oversight, team development and leadership, and operational excellence.
