We’re looking for a motivated and hands-on Cutting Team Leader to join our production team at DFS. In this key leadership role you’ll be responsible for managing, coaching, and developing a high-performing team within our cutting department.You’ll play a vital part in driving performance and continuous improvement, setting clear objectives and KPIs that align with our wider business goals.
