Windsor Forest Colleges group is looking for a Lecturer – ESOL to join our Slough & Langley College team starting in September 2025 on a permanent, full-time basis.Lecturer - ESOLThe position of Lecturer – ESOL involves delivering an outstanding, high quality academic program that allows students to reach their maximum potential covering courses in ESOL, Maths, Employability and ICT. Our exceptional ESOL department works with students aged 16 to 18 as well as adults both on campus and in the local community.Reporting to the Head of Department – ESOL and based at our Slough & Langley College Campus, you will be responsible for the planning and delivery of a range of programs from Pre-Entry to Level 2 across the year, using your ability to deliver creative and innovative learning experiences to maximise learners’ progress.We are seeking someone with proven experience in teaching ESOL/EFL across a range of levels and in teaching Maths and IT across Entry Level and Level 1 to ESOL learners.To be successfully considered for this role, you must be educated to degree level, hold a CELTA or TESOL certificate as well as GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths. In addition, you must also be able to demonstrate written and spoken English at Level 2 (B2/C1 equivalent) or above.An advanced ESOL subject specialist qualification e.g., DELTA, DTE(E)LLS, ADTE(E)LLS or an endorsed teaching qualification e.g., PGCE, DTTLS, DET, CET, Cert Ed, QTLS, QTS is desired but not essential provided you have a willingness to work towards achieving these in an agreed timeframe.About UsThe Windsor Forest Colleges Group (TWFCG) is a leading education provider in the South-East.
