We are currently recruiting for a Hospitality Supervisor to work at Llyods Banking Group.Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head office – Birmingham City Central Location , B3 3SDRate of Pay: £28,288 per annumWorking Pattern: 40 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm , 8:00am - 4:30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)About The Role: We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launch at Lloyds Banking Group in Birmingham with a newly renovated site opening soon. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds office building. Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus.Key Responsibilities:Oversee service to ensure smooth daily operations.Supervise teams to ensure the delivery of impeccable food and customer service.Regularly communicate with your line manager to track KPIs and targets.Represent Compass Group UK&I and uphold a positive brand image.Act as a liaison between customers and our culinary and service teams to exceed expectations.Provide guidance and support to your team, leading by example to ensure everyone excels in their roles.Implement and review Health & Safety standards to ensure compliance across all teams.Manage general administrative tasks.Our Ideal Candidate will have:Previous B&I contract catering experience What\'s in it for you?Working with Gather and Gather has its perks!
