Hours:35 hours per week, 9am until 5pm, Monday to Friday with an occasional late shift and Saturday morning every 6 weeks. This role requires full time Head Office working for the first month training period, after that there is an expectation of a minimum of 2 days per month, dependent on competence, performance and behaviours. We work closely with several teams across the Homes Function including the Homes Direct, Mortgage Advisers and Business Development Managers. You’ll be assessing applications on whether we lend, ensuring this is in the best interest of the customer and the Society, and will be expected to keep our brokers and advisors up to date with the progress of the applications.The applications will be varied and interesting and we’ll make sure you’re fully trained to deal with anything that comes your way.What’s In It For You?Skipton values work/life balance and we are proud to support hybrid and flexible working, where possible.
