Here\'s what you need to know before applying:Your key responsibilities will include:Manage Enquiries and Bookings: Handle incoming enquiries and confirmed reservations with precision, ensuring accurate information is communicated to both customers and the hotel team.Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a high standard of care by efficiently and effectively addressing all customer inquiries in accordance with company policies and guidelines.Handle High Volumes of Requests: Manage a large volume of enquiries, prioritising and responding promptly to maintain excellent service standards.Support Sales Team Leadership: Assist the Sales Office Manager in supervising and guiding team members, ensuring adherence to company standards and procedures, and maintaining the smooth operation of the sales office.Drive Revenue Growth: Support the team in achieving and surpassing revenue targets through proactive sales initiatives and customer engagement.Assist in Reporting and Meetings: Represent the sales team in meetings such as Head of Department (HOD) when necessary, and contribute to the preparation and presentation of reports and relevant information.Contribute to Team Development: Play an active role in sales team training, performance reviews, and ongoing development initiatives.Operational Skills: Experience with Opera Sales & Catering (S&C) system is preferred but not essential.
