Salary: �40,000 - �42,000 per year
Location: South Wales
Shift Pattern: 07:45 - 19:30
Start Date: 2-4 weeks
Duration: Permanent
Your Role & Responsibilities
As an RMN in our inpatient team, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing high-quality, patient-centered care in an inpatient setting
* Conducting clinical assessments and supporting recovery-focused interventions
* Administering medications and managing risk assessments
* Working closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
* Supporting patients with complex mental health needs
* Ensuring compliance with NMC and professional standards
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Current NMC registration & valid pin
* Experience working within an inpatient mental health setting
* Strong clinical skills and ability to work under pressure
* Commitment to delivering holistic and compassionate care
* Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
Working Hours & Contract Duration:
This role offers a flexible working position requires availability from Monday to Sunday with flexibility where possible.
